We achieve this by conducting independent site visits and structural walk-throughs at various stages of the building process. The reports and pictures that we provide to our clients are not required by any building department, but serve as an added layer of transparency and assurance. These include evaluations of foundation and soil stability, frame integrity, hurricane strapping and clipping, as well as our redundant waterproofing details on all windows and doors.
