To an untrained eye, the construction of a home might very well appear the same from one building site to the next. With much of the structure covered by the finishing products it is hard for one to discern substance from illusion. Therefore we become your eyes behind the illusion. We accomplish this with multiple quality control provisions. From architect site visits, to the engineers' structural walk through, we are able to achieve this objective smoothly and most importantly, independently. No one that serves in a quality control verification capacity is affiliated with our company. We believe an independent observer is our answer to your clarity. We will make their reports, with pictures, available to you in three stages:

• Foundation and soil stability

• Frame focusing on structural integrity, hurricane strapping and clipping

• Flashing, focusing on all windows, doors, skylights, pre-siding and deck tie in flashing.
